Recruitment - In order to uphold GOB standards due to recent surge in ranks the following are the new guidelines governing potential new recruits:
1. Recruiters must notify GOB members of potential new recruit via a posting in the GOB mess hall General section of the web site with a new thread. Containing an investigation through Nova World to include the individual’s information such as other names, clans, watches or bans on any other characters they may have.
2. Potential recruits will be watched by all GOB members for a trial period. All GOBS are to watch this recruit when they are on and are to report on any negative activity seen i.e. cheating, hacking, glitching, bad attitudes, poor sportsmanship or any other activity that can be portrayed as negative toward GOB. And any positive reports as well i.e ranking in top10,willingness to support teamwork,things of this nature
3. The recruiting GOB will instruct the recruit to register on the GOB website and then add a recruit TAG which is now officially GOBR-NAME. The recruiter will issue TS info to the recruit by PM or through secure in game messages. At the end of a reasonable trial period a vote poll will be posted and the recruit must receive 5 or more yes votes all no votes must be accompanied by a valid reason. A senior GOB will notify the recruit of the results and instruct them on how to proceed with the proper GOB - NAME. To help get things started for the new recruits by posting a poll to minimize the time for new members if there popular and some have played or are recomended by a friend any way you get the picture when they get there 5 votes they can be included.
A response is not required till you vote it is your option to hold your vote you need not say it on the poll when you cast your vote then post any comments you feel are needed.

4. What constitutes a ban? Some reasons for a ban are Cheating, Hacking, Glitching, and Poor Sportsmanship and disrespecting a fellow GOB. And if playing on the JO side could look like you are trying to coop for them. First one Warning will be issued by the Person who spots the offence.
5. GOB inactivity long periods of inactivity with out some form of explanation posted may result in deletion of your web account. It’s a common courtesy to inform some one plain and simple.
6. TEAM MEETINGS- If you feel strongly about issues that you think should be addressed. Post the issues or PM a Senior GOB about it.
GOB wishes to be fair and firm, but remember you can't please all the people all the time but you can please most of the people most of the time.
